We at VulcanLighting.com desire to provide you with quality products and to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Please review our specific shipping and return polices below.

Guarantees
VulcanLighting.com guarantees all products against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of delivery with the exception of Knightronix KnightLighter™ Automatic Gaslight Igniters, which are guaranteed for 1 year. General Returns Policy
All returns must be authorized in advance. Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Contact us by phone (1-651-636-1008) or e-mail Vulcan Lighting to request a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA) and arrange for return shipment.

Please provide the following information in your RMA request:

Name & Address
Order Number
Items(s) to be returned
Reason for return

Upon receipt of a valid RMA number, you may then return the item. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of all packages to be returned.  Packages without a valid RMA number referenced on the outside of the box will not be opened and will be returned to the shipper.

Defective and Damaged Products
VulcanLighting.com cannot be held responsible for damaged products once you have signed for and accepted delivery.

  • Upon receipt, please check all packages for defect and/or shipping damage.
  • Please retain all packaging material for return shipment and/or freight carrier inspection.
  • Please notify us within one week of receipt of damaged or defective items.
  • Contact us by phone (1-651-636-1008) or e-mail Vulcan Lighting to request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) and arrange for return shipment.
  • VulcanLighting.com will pay all return shipping costs and ship an identical replacement to you at no extra charge provided item is returned through UPS Ground Services.
  • Please allow 30 days from the time you return your package for the items to be exchanged or for your credit card to be fully credited.
All Other Returns

Wrong Items:
In the event you receive a wrong item do to our error we will happily credit you the full amount charged, including shipping and handling charges providing all the following conditions are met:

  • Please notify us within one week of receipt of wrong items.
  • Contact us by phone (1-651-636-1008) or e-mail Vulcan Lighting to request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) and arrange for return shipment.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in 100% sellable condition.
  • Return shipment is through UPS Ground services.
  • Be sure to include proper identification, a copy of the invoice is preferred.
  • Please allow 30 days from the time you return your package for the items to be exchanged or for your credit card to be fully credited.
Returns Subject to Charges:
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchases we will credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise and with the following conditions:
  • Contact us by phone (1-651-636-1008) or e-mail Vulcan Lighting to request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) and arrange for return shipment within 30 days of delivery.
  • Clearance or sale items may not be returned.
  • Original shipping and handling charges as well as processing fees will not be refunded or credited.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in 100% sellable condition.
  • Credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the product(s) minus a 25% restocking fee, minus original shipping and handling charges and processing fees.
  • We cannot accept returns on any Special or Custom Order items or products that have been installed with the exception of Knightronix KnightLighter™ Automatic Gaslight Igniters, which are guaranteed for 1 year and may be returned for replacement or repair if found defective during the warranty period.
  • Please allow 30 days from the time you return your package for the items to be exchanged or for your credit card to be fully credited.
VulcanLighting.com will not be responsible for any returned items that have been lost in shipment. Using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number is recommended.

Shipping Policies

Shipping and Handling Rates:

  • Most items purchased through VulcanLighting.com are shipped directly from the factory warehouse. Some items may be drop shipped from suppliers.
  • Shipping costs are based on a Per Item rate (shipped via ground or cheapest method); each item description on our site lists our standard Per Item shipping rate (this is automatically figured into the final price of each item). Shipping and handling charges include postage or delivery charges, shipping insurance, packaging and processing fees. If you have questions regarding the amount of your shipping charges, please call us @ 651-636-1008 before placing your order.
  • Expedited shipping and shipping to locations other than the 48 contiguous US states require an additional charge; please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • Shipping costs for special order items will be quoted on an item by item basis.
  • In you are not usually home during the day, we recommend that you have your order shipped to your business address to ensure a prompt delivery and avoid theft.

Other Shipping Information:

  • We at VulcanLighting.com represent products from several manufacturers; all estimated shipping times are approximate and are listed in the items description and may differ with each manufacturer.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email as to when the item will be available and its approximate delivery time.
  • After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. In the event that you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us to confirm that we have received your order.
  • Upon request, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent by e-mail after your order has shipped.
  • VulcanLighting.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail; please verify that your shipping address is correct before submiting your order.
  • Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will incur an additional charge. Please contact Vulcan Lighting to obtain a quote.
  • At this time, we do not accept international orders.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota addresses only.
